A much more than symbolic gesture in a moment of economic crisis in which families struggle to meet daily expenses: among other things, Falleti has thought of facilitations also for those who do not pay their bills directly. Those who are not holders of utilities have in fact received reimbursement for fuel costs (always related to the latter 10 months) that, Moreover, is at the center of new price increases these days. A Christmas present particularly appreciated by employees.
“To cope with the increases in energy costs that have occurred in the last year, we decided to intervene directly to counter the high bills of our company's employees - explains Falleti - . At thirteenth and salary, we have also added the expenses incurred for the bill. There are also those who had arrived at 4.900 euros in the bill”. And the theme of bills and savings also recurs in the choices of the company which, during 2023, will become completely energy independent, thanks to the installation of solar panels. The news was announced yesterday as part of a company note announcing other important milestones, first of all the fact that Nanoprom Chemicals has finalized its conversion into a Benefit company.
In fact, Falleti explains: “Just in these days we have finalized the conversion into a Benefit Company, a legal status admitted in Italy since 2016 and designed for companies that want to go beyond the goal of profit, maximizing their positive impact on society and the environment. This is the result of a journey we started five years ago, when we started to self-produce the water necessary for our processes. During 2023 – he confirms – we will become completely independent also in terms of energy, with the installation of solar panels. Thanks to these projects, qualification is now imminent, by the Region, to the High Technology Network, as a research laboratory and innovation centre”.
Then, precisely, appearance emerges “social” which includes help for employees to pay bills. But there is much more. “After the tens of thousands of masks of our production, donated in the Covid emergency - continues Falleti - and after the free applications of BV-Stop (a Nanoprom patent which ensures the elimination of viruses and bacteria of 99,99% on the surfaces after 30 minutes after application and for up to five years, ed) in public buildings and ambulances, we have funded since 2019 to date the construction of a well and the installation of a photovoltaic system in Guinea Bissau, in addition to maintaining 500 children at Father Carlo Andolfi's Omi mission in Cacine”.
