This, in a nutshell, is what happened at Nanoprom Chemicals, a chemical company in Sant'Antonino di Casalgrande founded and chaired by the entrepreneur from Sassuolo Gian Luca Falleti. A much more than symbolic gesture in a moment of economic crisis in which families are struggling to meet their daily expenses: among other things, Falleti has thought of concessions even for those who do not pay their bills directly. Those who are not holders of utilities have in fact received reimbursement for fuel costs (always relating to the last 10 months) which, among other things, is at the center of new price increases in these days. A Christmas present particularly appreciated by employees.

“To cope with the increases in energy costs that have occurred in the last year, we have decided to intervene directly to counter the high bills of our company's employees - explains Falleti -. To thirteenth and salary, we have also added the expenses incurred for the bill. There are also those who had reached 4,900 euros in the bill". And the theme of bills and savings also recurs in the choices of the company which, in the course of 2023, will become completely independent in terms of energy, thanks to the installation of solar panels. The news was announced yesterday in a company note announcing other important milestones, primarily the fact that Nanoprom Chemicals has finalized its conversion into a Benefit company.

In fact, Falleti explains: "Just in these days we have finalized the conversion into a Benefit Company, a legal status admitted in Italy since 2016 and designed for companies that want to go beyond the goal of profit, maximizing their positive impact on society and the environment. This is the result of a journey that we already embarked on five years ago, when we began to self-produce the water necessary for our processes. During 2023 - he confirms - we will become completely independent also in terms of energy, with the installation of solar panels. Thanks to these projects, the qualification by the Region of the High Technology Network as a research laboratory and innovation center is now imminent".

Then, precisely, the "social" aspect emerges in which help for employees to pay bills is inserted. But there is much more. "After the tens of thousands of masks we produce, donated in the Covid emergency - continues Falleti - and after the free applications of BV-Stop (a Nanoprom patent that ensures the reduction of viruses and bacteria by 99.99% on surfaces after 30 minutes from application and for a duration of up to five years, ed) in public buildings and ambulances, since 2019 we have financed the construction of a well and the installation of a photovoltaic system in Guinea Bissau, as well as maintaining 500 children at the Omi mission in Cacine of Father Carlo Andolfi".
