Belonging to the Icone collection, the Aria kitchen by Snaidero, more than a project, is a true vanguard in the field of domestic design.

Aria represents the new concept resulting from the collaboration of more than twenty years between Snaidero and Design House Pininfarina. The result is pure innovation in the investigation of styles, confirming and also going beyond the traditional softness of design, an unmistakable symbol of Pininfarina design, applying technologies from the nautical and automotive sectors, which once again conforms to Snaidero's vocation. Oriented to new goals and experimentations.

design and emotion
The inspiration for the new Aria kitchen derives from the observation of nature: the form becomes perfect because it is shaped from the function. This is how the main structure was born, inspired by a winged profile, with a fast, dynamic line, looking to the future, a body that originates from the lower part of the central core to support it, and then rises to contain a platform and shelves.

It develops at the end, parallel to the countertop to end in an eye of light, a true Sun that illuminates and heats the Aria (Air in Italian). The central structure thus becomes an icon that provides a strong and unique personality to the project. It is made of carbon fiber and for this reason it is characterized by high mechanical resistance while maintaining optimum lightness. The aesthetic beauty is the result of a special paint that uses copper in the mix and is completed with a particular final finish made by hand to reinforce the material impact of the element: cutting-edge technology, also combined with expert craftsmanship.

nanotechnological surfaces
The kitchen units have been treated with a special nanomolecule-based Polysil coating that provides a cold, velvety tactile effect while guaranteeing exceptional performance: anti-scratch, anti-dirty and anti-fingerprint.

This technology, applied for the first time in the world of cooking, derives from the nautical world.

Light: technology at the service of well-being in the kitchen.
Light is the great protagonist of the Aria project. Informal and relaxing as well as functional and operative, light represents an element truly tailored to the person who lives in the kitchen. The ring of the lamp that dominates the operating area is made of polycarbonate with an innovative methodology that creates rapid prototypes based on 3D printing technology: the ring incorporates a system with low energy consumption LED lighting, with the possibility of regulating either the intensity of the light (operative light or simply atmosphere light) or the temperature (warm or cool light) according to the needs in which you are. The inspiring principle is that of intelligent lighting for the well-being of people, and therefore, to ensure a comfortable and healthy lifestyle. Light is essential for our life because, in addition to the visible aspects, it influences the emotional, physiological and psycho-attitudinal parameters. That is why it is extremely important to have the right and quality light also in the kitchen.

Top with invisible line patent
The search for technical and stylistic perfection also finds confirmation in the great protagonist of the operating area: the countertop. The solution chosen for the Aria project incorporates the innovative Invisible Line patent, a special processing of quartz that, thanks to the extreme care in optimizing details, allows the creation of a large countertop without visible leaks.
